Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds; however, we do provide the option for product exchanges under specific conditions.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be damaged, lost, or found defective. To initiate an exchange request, please submit a clear photograph of the product, highlighting the defective area, along with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Kindly refrain from returning your purchase to us.

Sale Items: Exchanges are only applicable to regular-priced items; unfortunately, this offer does not extend to sale items.

Size Discrepancy: Ensure that you have selected the correct item and size to avoid any mismatch issues. Refer to the provided size chart for each product. Claims related to incorrect sizing or change of mind will not be accepted at a later stage.

Delivery & Shipping: We exclusively ship products to the United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location, with a few days required for product delivery.
